Walnut, Garlic and mixed Greens Salad
Ingredients
1pack mixed greens, preferably organic.
1/2 cup walnut pieces
1/4 cup olive oil
6 clves garlic chopped
Heat the oil on a medium burner.
Add the walnuts and fry gently 2 minutes. Do not overdo - they get bitter.
Add garlic, fry gently on more minute.
Add sprinkle of ground black pepper and a pinch of salt.
Cool in fridge.
Toss salad greens in walnut garlic oil dressing and serve.
