Ingredients:
One small salmon fillet (from frozen is OK)
12 raw shrimp pealed: about 31-40 size)
rice flour
onion powder
mild paprika
olive oil
lemon juice
In a plastic bag make a "Shake-and-bake" mixture with 2 tablespoons of rice flour, 1/2 tsp onion powder and 1/2 tsp mild paprika.
Cut the salmon fillet in 1 1/2 inch squares.
Add the salmon and pealed shrimp to the bag to coat with the mixture.
Heat a frying pan coated with olive oil on medium heat. Add the seafood. Fry for 3-4 mins on each side. The shrimp should turn pink before turning.
Sqeeze lemon juice over seafood. Organic lemons are sweeter and tastier than regular.
